If you still support his ass, I’m going to pray for you or something.

If this does blow up and sink his candidacy for good (and I don’t know how likely that is in the first place), I think it would be a testament to the way that racism is defined within mainstream politics in the US as merely explicitly, blatantly derogatory speech, considering that his policies and rhetoric are already so racist that it shouldn’t take him almost saying the n-word for everyone to recognize that he and his policies are, in fact, racist.
